There aren't too many enforcers with the direction the NHL is headed. So, what are the candidates for rookie fighter of the year?
- Dylan McIlrath (stuck in Hartford, a legitimate heavyweight)
- Liam O'Brien (Willing and has significantly improved from the last few seasons)
- Mark Borowiecki (Hard hitting defenseman who is a good middleweight)
- Nicolas Deslauriers (Solid middleweight fighter that is switch-hand fighter)
- Zach Sill (Dangerous south-paw fighter)
- Andy Andreoff (Willing to go, but rarely plays due to depth on Kings)
- Curtis McKenzie (Power-forward who fought and did well against Clifford)
- Bobby Robins (Will hopefully get his chance again)
Feel free to mention players that weren't mentioned above.
