Some brutal injuries today. You just have to feel awful for Thomas and Eifert.

It was probably reserved for the FO decision makers, not "the Seahawks sideline" in general.
Nice clickbait title by random YT guy, though.

Great display. Someone you should totally throw money at from your organization disregarding the injury.

Feel bad for Thomas - and totally understand him refusing to play. What the Hawks did was smart though. Their only failing was perhaps not trading him earlier, but paying him would clearly have been a mistake now. Here he is gone for the year again.

It also emphasizes the importance of maximizing the 2nd contract which is when players get paid. Guys will be anywhere from 25-27 at that point so you have to get what you can cause when the time comes for contract #3 unless you are a QB it’s likely to be signed with another team cause your current team will have gotten your best years and won’t want to pay a premium for your 30’s whereas other teams are looking to fill a need.

That’s why guys hate getting tagged. It takes away a year in your 20’s as part of a long term deal.

The press was all about Earl, but we also lost our new TE Will Dissly who was doing great things and shaping up to be our next proper TE ala Zach Miller.
Getting patellar surgery and is out for the year.
If the annual trip to PHX is going to cost us two starters (just like last year) I'd rather forfeit. f*** that place.

They might win the division, but they wont go better than 9-7. Team seems to have rested on their laurels.
