OT: Rogers Canuck app problem

I've been trying to figure out how to view Rogers members only content in the video section of the Canucks app. The app tells me to type password to 5555, it should sent me a password which I would then type into the Canucks app video section to watch Roger customers only video. I've tryed numerous times to get a password but keep getting the same message sent back to me "Sorry you've made an error. Please check your response and try again." Anyone else have this problem or solution to this problem? Thanks for your help.

Just tried it and Im getting that error too.....something wrong with their servers or something is my guess

Pretty frustration because they have some interesting looking interviews. I haven't tried calling Rogers yet because I hate dealing with them but it might be my next step. This problems been going on for at least a month now.
