May as well set this up for the summer.

It'll be interesting to see if Blackwell is rewarded with an NHL contract and if they get Redmond signed to an extension. Goaltending has to be addressed and they of course need some people who can put the puck in the net. Most of the defense were on AHL deals so it'll be interesting to see who they bring back or who gets pushed down if there are moves on the big club.

Listened to Chris Taylor on ESPNRochester today, Kim and Terry were at Game 3 which is good to hear. He's such a good guy, they asked him about his dreams of coaching in the NHL, he seemed sincere when he said he doesn't care, he loves his job, and seeing guys like Bailey, Ullmark, Nelson etc he's helped progress reach their dreams is worth more than anything to him.

Goaltending is going to be the most important position going into free agency. Coreau has good numbers and has won a cup. I hope they poach Peca from Syracuse. I also like Lorito from Grand Rapids as a non vet.

As much as the Amerks improved, watching the Marlies run the Crunch out of the rink in an elimination game shows how much farther the organization has to go until they're the cream of the division.
