I wanted Strbak first too. Second year in a row the guy I wanted was passed on and was still there at the next pick. It was Kulich at 16 the year before. I wasn’t just pounding the table that time…I was kicking walls.

This team with Levi can go places.

The differences from last year are basically everyone is better and more mature, and more prospects are AHL ready (Savoie, Wahlberg). Novikov, Johnson are also a giant upgrade on Matt Bartkowski and Mitch Eliot.

Also, whatever ails Weissbach is still ailing him. He had a lot of difficulty getting up any time he was knocked down today. But two goals are two goals... vet gritting it out.
