Edmonton would be one heck of a place to play Robin. Think about how cool it would be to be the answer to the team's goaltending issues.
Too expensive. Edmonton can't afford a 7M+ goaltender, with a 4.5M goaltender already in the books. Koskinen is the real deal imo. When Hitchcock got hired, he went on a tear, especially at home going 7-0 with a 0.98 GAA/0.971sv%, with 3 shut outs. Those are hall of fame numbers. And that was directly after he took over for his very 1st NHL starter role, in his very 1st real NHL season. Consistency is the hardest thing to master as a starting goalie, and only experience can transcend that position.
