It depends on what he's found guilty for. If he eventually pleads to lesser chargers they'll absolutely take him back.

He's already missed about half the suspension and probably wants to focus on the legal part now. A suspension is nothing compared to jail time.

I don't believe they can suspend him twice for the same action. MLB did a pretty thorough investigation so I imagine the 75 games will cover the incident and any further repercussions.

How does this keep getting delayed?

August 1 will be close to three months after the alleged incident took place. Is this just Osuna's lawyer clogging the proceedings with red tape, or what's the deal?
