Guy did nothing but put his body on the line day in day out for this team. He wasn't skilled or talented enough to be on the team, but no one can ever question the guys heart. I wish him all the best in Buffalo. I truly hope he can carve out a #6 role for himself there.

Probably because Vigneault was not as enamored of him. It's not as if he was great when he was playing a lot, though. I was really high on Hagg when he was drafted, and I turned out to be wrong.

Hogg cost league minimum and was +14 during his time in Philly. As much as we hated him his value and contribution to this team whatever his PDO will always be on another level compared to the likes of Brandon Manning, Nate Prosser and Lucas Krajicek. And for that I am thankful.

Never earned a spot and was literally one of the worst D in the whole league for his entire time here.

Glad to be rid of him because he's consistently detrimental whenever he's on the ice.

Hagg you were taught to dump the puck up ice and you did it consistently. You weren't fast enough to make hits that affected the play but you tried anyway. Despite all of the suck you were the best 7th d we had in a decade.
