And another great rock radio station bites the dust. I don't get what this city, home to many influential rock and metal bands, has against rock music. Because both WBCN and WAAF are gone and now to listen to the music I like (if I was still using radio for that) would be HJY in Rhode Island. Now I will say that American rock and metal stations did themselves no favors by playing the same songs repetitively even after they overstayed their welcome on normal rock and metal airwaves. That said, it is a shame to see another one go the way of the dinosaur.
