Rustys' son drops ceremonial puck for Lokomotiv's first game.

That is not a Lokomotiv game, it is in tournament Salei Cup which took place in Belorussia few days ago. Lokomotiv did not participate there, they are currently in Riga, Latvia to take part in other (anual) tournament (it was last trophy they won there last year, before the crash).
The jersey is definately right one though
The teams are just competing in preseason tournaments now, KHL season has not yet started.
Those are just details, though. This is emotional anyway.
