Correct.

This is Bill McCreary Sr. His son, Bill Jr was the guy who smoked Gretzky early in his career and basically was out of the NHL shortly a dozen games later.

Absolutely! 1967-72 is when I saw most of my in-person (Live in arena) Blues games, before moving to Europe. Bill was a hard, scrappy player. Not tremendously offensively skilled, but he played hard every shift.
