Rights being extended for unsigned Russians?

Looks like this is the fallout from Russia's rejection of the IIHF agreement. Have any other teams been granted extensions to keep the rights to their Russian picks?

The NHL and International Ice Hockey Federation have granted the Sabres an extra year to retain the rights of center Artem Kriukov - through June 2007. Kriukov, the Sabres' 15th overall choice in the 2000 draft, is under contract to play in Russia this season.
