I'm not against this proposed change. They throw out guys for targeting. They let that Panthers and Giants game get out of hand. This would prevent that with 2 personal fouls and an ejection.

Sherman can say some dumb things like this. It's not like Rog is the one making the decisions. It's the competition committee, 1/3 of whom are NFL coaches and 1/3 are former NFL players.
