Any idea when round 1 starts? Obviously different for each series, but are they planning to start some Monday or Tuesday? Or they giving more of a break?
I want Carolina. Last year we were tired. This year we destroy them.
Backstrom was hurt in the 2018 SC run as well. The team is more than one player or two.Not without Carlson. Worse if Backstrom is hurt too

Carlson was hurt in the 2017 soul crushing run and his role has only grown since then, different team without 74Backstrom was hurt in the 2018 SC run as well. The team is more than one player or two.
It'll be more entertaining for sure. My blood will boil if we lose to them again. Will be a fun series for sure.I want Carolina. Last year we were tired. This year we destroy them.
The clock already started so hes back in the bubble now I'm assuming? Since we are one of the last teams playing this round, I guess we probably will be playing Game 1 on Wednesday or Thursday.
He would miss the game if it landed on Wednesday?
Edit: Actually eligible on Wednesday at 10 am. He would make it just in time.
If Carlson isn't healthy enough to be full speed, he might as well be out.
We’re going nowhere without 74....but damn, maybe a PP redesign of some type is needed anyway.
All this PP we-are-doomed-w/o-John is unreal. As if we weren't already below zero in PP with him as a part of it.
For all the anxiety about the D, the Caps are tops in shots against per game in the "playoffs" so far. I'm probably more worried about our offensive structure; we can manage an opposition forecheck if our guys can bring one of our own.

Why not try Dillion on the PP? He should be able to make a one time pass if he wants big money from the caps
