Request for cliff notes, please

Hey guys. I haven't been keeping up with all the roster changes over the summer, so if someone could provide a quick rundown of the new guys and their strengths / weaknesses / potential that would be super. I sifted through the boards a bit, but there are so many prospect and individual threads, it's tough to know where everything stands. It would be incredibly helpful if there was a quick and dirty synopsis of the roster in one spot. Thanks!
