The didn't really mention that it depends on if we see the under-scoring Kings from the first half of last season or the driven Kings team from the second half. I hope it's the latter.

The under-scoring Kings = the TM Kings. With Sutter as the head coach, the team kept improving each game. Not saying they will be as dominant, but I really think (hope) the Kings we saw for the first part of last season won't return.
