Who cares about the replay. Video cannot be used to call penalties.

Though he looked at the replay before calling the penalty...
Calling a 2 min and cancelling it because of the goal is absurd since the penalty happened while Gagné lifted his arms cheering.
The ref completely blew the call which wouldn't have been the case if he'd been biased towards Canada.
Yet unlike most around here think, Canada gets its fair share of blown calls.

Answer 1: You can't. Don't even try.
Answer 2: Early in the second, as I recall. You wouldn't notice because the guy's Canadian: he took the shot and went to the bench like a hockey player, instead of flopping and flailing like a soccer boy.

oh yeah cuz if he's canadian he must be way tougher than europeans!

Not tougher. Just less likely to dive, embellish or fake an injury.
In my experience, Canadians, Americans and Finns are the most likely to take a hit without creating a huge dramatic incident. Russians, Czechs, Swedes and Slovaks are more likely to overact like a soccer player. There are exceptions on both sides, but that's the general tendency.
