Refrain from any APRIL FOOLS' Posts and Threads

As we have required in the past, refrain from any posts or threads that can be identified as pranks or jokes related to April Fools' Day. This request is especially significant this year. Also, the timing with the migration and issues with double posts will add unnecessarily to loading.

There is no gray area on this matter.
