This is the thing that the team leadership has to emphasize with him. Look how the team played with you out of the lineup. Look how well this team is playing with you in it but two of the big guns out. You're far more valuable to the team when your on the ice and not watching from the press box. Stay physical but there is no need for you to skirt the line with the big hits.
