Rebuilding in my Yahoo Keeper

Ok, so I have inherited a last place team in a Keeper league and want to start
my rebuild for next year. It's 4C, 4Rw, 4Lw, 6D, F and 2 bench.
Looking to add 3/4 from the list below.
How would you rank the available players?

What's your roster look like? Because if its a last place team in a rebuild good chance you likely need to add more than 3 or 4 of these guys.

The way i look at a rebuild or teams in general, if they aren't part of your core group of players i dont roster them and instead stash high upside guys like Sorokin, Necas, Brannstrom, Glass and Veselainen
