$45 mill is doable cap wise for the ravens. Lamar wants fully guaranteed for 5 seasons. That’s been the sticking point. Ravens have gone with the standard 3 year average guaranteed so around $150 mill. They’d probably be willing to go higher up to $160 guaranteed. But not get to $200 mill - $250 mill fully guaranteed. He’s missed 10 games over 2 years in his mid 20’s.

Smith’s deal is 2 year average fully guaranteed and 3 guaranteed.
