In Goals and Assists please rate these prospects for immediate and potential goals and assists:

Igor Grigorenko
Jiri Hudler
Eric Fehr
Corey Perry
Jeff Carter
Joffrey Lupul
Mike Richards
Rostislav Olesz
Dustin Brown
Mike Cammelari
Nigel Dawes
Alexandre Semin
Jussi Jokinen
Anthony Stewart
Ryan Getzlaf
Rob Schremp
Jason Pominville
Milan Michalek
Derek Roy
Alexandre Picard
Wojit Wolski
Josef Balej

In one of my pools (which I am having a hard time choosing who I will pick) we have a draft after the entry draft for players who are drafted that year (Crosby, Brule etc) then a draft for players who are still available that were not drafted in past years. Goals are worth 2 pts, assists one point.

I am a new team so I am looking to build for the future as well as nab some prospects who can pay immediate dividends.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS - as my first post on HF Boards I must say this is the best hockey website I have ever visited, I regret it has taken me so long to find it.

There's no way Schremp is going to be a 90 points player  70 maybe.

In all fairness, he wasn't dissing the list entirely. He was remarking on a particular player, and he responded with his own numbers.

Dude I misunderstood him... Why I did not make another list? Well buddy, maybe because I pretty much agreed with his list excepted for Schremp. And i'm so sick of people passing little stupid comments that have nothing to do with the thread. :teach:

On the immediate dividends note ... does anyone think any of these guys will put up, say, 40 or 50 points this coming season ... (wow, did i just say "this coming season?") ... I'd guess: Fehr, Carter, Lupul, Semin, Getzlaf, and Michalek all have a reasonable shot ...

Seen him play several times (more than any player on this list), was a fantastic Junior, a very good AHLer and think he will be a good NHLer but is still a year away. Buffalo has a lot of good youth that will make it more difficult. He could play some short stints, but I find it likely that he may stay in Rochester 1 more year to develop.

Disagree. I think Roy will be a mainstay on Buffalos third line. Fantasic player.
