There is almost no chance what so ever that the nba would expand or move a team to Tampa due to the magic being an hour and a half away.Tampa is probably the best place for a temporary home. I don't think Amalie Arena can house an NBA team full time...
From the looks of it, this is a best decision the Raptors got. Historical wise, the governments decision to reject the Raptors from playing games in Toronto would mean this will be the first NBA season since 1994-95 that no games played in Canada before the Raptors and the Vancouver Grizzlies joined the league (except for a few Buffalo Braves games in the 70s at Maple Leaf Gardens).
