Sakic 2001 was close next. Maybe deserves to be above. Malkin 2012 and Crosby 2007 round out the clear top candidates.

To me the seasons up for contention are Sakic 2001, Kucherov 2019 (people dismiss raw statistic output too quickly imo - 128 points is still 128 points) and Malkin 2012.

I also have no real idea where to place either Theodore or Price. I feel both were very strong seasons - but it's hard to compare with forwards.

Voted Kucherov. 128 points is still 128 points.

Crosby '07 isn't even his best season. There are others that should go before that easily
