Well, I'm not going to give the numbers, because I haven't thought much about it. But my personal top 10 for the Oilers are:

1. Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers
2. Doug Lynch
3. Jeff Woywitka
4. Rob Schremp
5. Marc-Antoine Pouliot
6. Devan Dubnyk
7. Jesse Niinimaki
8. Matt Greene
9. Jani Rita
10. Tony Salmelainen

Or something to that effect. There won't be a whole lot of arguing who the top 10 are, just what order they should be in.

Yeah injuries can be tricky. But he can rebound from it. He is still young, i think 21, plus goalies hit the scene pretty late.

Hopefully.....

Impossible.. More like a 5.5 - 4.0..

Well, i'll defer judgement on Martin Vagner until camp rolls around and i'm able to get an extended look at him. However, he was once a fantastic prospect and i've got the feeling that he can be once again. With Carolina, he'll get the extended look that he deserves at least and we'll take it from there. I respect your opinion on him, but since he was a first round pick and i've talked to numerous sources that tell me he isn't as bad as Stars fans tell me, i'm going to give him that respectful little grade. Oh well, it's all in fun anyways. Rankings are far from an exact science.

Problem with Vagner is....he toped out at age 17. And even then he wasnt that great. People inside the QMJHL community have wondered what others have seen in Vagner. And it looks like we were right. Even Hull fans didnt think he was 1st round talent. I think being a 1st rounder really screwed him up. He stopped working and he has went backwards for 3 straight years.

The guy is 20, so i will not completly write him off, but unless he starts to play with more heart and desire, and work harder i dont think he will be an AHL player.

Karsums should be much higher but thats just my opinion. Hes smaller, but not THAT small. 5'11 180 is Ladislav Nagy type size. And hes extremely gritty and has hands of gold and lots of hockey sense.

Karsum and Krejci are just guesses for me..I dont know much about any of this years draft b/c i didnt follow up on it since we never had a Top 60 pick.

When exactly are the Leafs going to play Cola? THIS should be his year. But instead they give Aki Berg more money. Dont get it.

I think for not having a top 60 pick the Bruins did well. Krejci was the 6th overall pick in the Euro draft to Gatineau, who almost always have impact Europeans. And Karsums was a steal.
