Someone needs to go and watch Valabik and do some research.

I don't see how he's so impressive. He reminds me of a combination of Biron, Kudroc, Mezei, and Chara.

Here's hoping more of the "Chara" comes out in him, but I think he's so overhyped that it's comming to the height of ridiculousness. Smid has some of the best natural talent in the draft. Green is one of the safest picks (the Kevin Klein of the draft) to make the NHL in the 3/4 (and maybe higher if he continually works on his development) spot. Fransson, IMO, doesn't get the respect he deserves. I was debating on even moving him ahead of Valabik in my list.

With O'Neil - He will probably go top 10 this year, and for good measure. He has a great all around game and he's developing a very nice physical side that I really like. I don't see how you can say I'm overrating Wes.

With Meszaros - I just haven't seen him really at all. I've read a bit about him and he seemed a decent pick-up, but I also really do love Fransson at all levels of his game. And I have seen Fransson.

I REALLY REALLY REALLY was unimpressed with the three times I've seen Ladislav Smid, but that's just my opinion, and I think I must have seen bad games b/c many people are fond of him.

Anaheim needs defense and if Barker and Thelen are gone and they are high on O'Neill, they could do it with their 9th overall pick.
