I may be biased since I watch all of their games, but I can't imagine a powerplay being worse than Florida's over the past few years.

True, 12% by the Avs was pretty horrific. But I was thinking past 5 years or so. For example, in 2013-2014, the Panthers powerplay finished at 10%.

Ten. Percent.

That year was an adventure just breaking into the offensive zone. Half the time they would get out shot by the opposing PK unit.
