Bored topic to pass the time. Rank our prospect pool in terms of who could realistically join the Canucks soonest (without regard to contract issues). Calder-eligible standards for prospects, so no players like Tryamkin.

1. Rafferty
2. Podkolzin
3. Lockwood
4. Brisebois
5. Hoglander
6. Juolevi
7. Rathbone
8. Lind
9. Woo
10. DiPietro (already gotten games in, but emergency call up situations aren't indicative of skill)
11. Karlsson
12. Utanen
13. Gadjovich

Rafferty will step in next year but Pod isn't close yet. He isn't putting up numbers at the KHL level yet, let's pump the brakes.

I think he'll play some NHL games in the 2021-2022 season. As crazy as it sounds, that's still #2 on my list on who will join the Canucks the soonest.

If Michaelis has a decent start with Utica he’ll be right up there with Rafferty who is the clear number 1.
