Nice welcome to the club. You will love being a STH!I’m officially a NYR season ticket holder! Picked up blue seats, row 3 on the aisle, for $60 a seat!
there's no way, must be a split or bought from an individualHow'd you get those?
Yup I was able to order it through a glitch in their system, but I just got a call today saying they have to refund the order cause they’re giving full season ticket holders the right to relocate (and rightly so).Spoke to my rep. Relocation in Early June. We get first dibs and no new season tickets have been sold yet.

they sold you the tickets, have your lawyer write them a letter so you can keep themYup I was able to order it through a glitch in their system, but I just got a call today saying they have to refund the order cause they’re giving full season ticket holders the right to relocate (and rightly so).
Meh they have that language that says they have the right to revoke the tickets as they wish, etc etc. At the end of the day I just won’t sign up for tickets if they don’t have them in my price range, so it’s their loss.they sold you the tickets, have your lawyer write them a letter so you can keep them
Does this mean unrenewed inventory is back in the pool for relocation this time around?
They will carve up those blue seats and sell them for more than you would have paid.Meh they have that language that says they have the right to revoke the tickets as they wish, etc etc. At the end of the day I just won’t sign up for tickets if they don’t have them in my price range, so it’s their loss.
With the upcoming rebuild, I personally think demand will dip significantly. The Knicks are a great example of that. They will carve up those blue seats and sell them for more than you would have paid.
Do you have a link that shows inventory?Yup I was able to order it through a glitch in their system, but I just got a call today saying they have to refund the order cause they’re giving full season ticket holders the right to relocate (and rightly so).
yep, Knicks STHs got the pitch for a Rangers deposit 2 weeks agoAnyone else who is not already a Knicks ticket holder get an email from their rep about an "opportunity" to buy a Knicks tickets plan?
First time I remember getting that email. Although after too many years of too many beers, my memory isn't what it used to be.
I wonder if Knicks plan holders got the same email about Rangers tix.

Can you post the email about Knicks tickets? I either deleted it, or never got it.
The "legal reason" is framing the relationship as a contractual agreement as opposed to selling someone tickets. They want to control what you do with those tickets so making it a "membership" gives them cover to revoke your tickets or steer you where they want for resales. It doesn't do anything in New York State but they could always change with new lawsPretty much every team in the league refers to their STH as members. The Knicks and Rangers only switched over to it recently. Can anyone explain why, other than saying 'legal reasons?'
It was actually stolen from American Express as a marketing play.Pretty much every team in the league refers to their STH as members. The Knicks and Rangers only switched over to it recently. Can anyone explain why, other than saying 'legal reasons?'
Also, anything new and interesting in the Knicks T&C?
