WHO IS A PROSPECT:

SKATER PROSPECT: A player 24 or younger with 50 or fewer NHL games.

GOALIE PROSPECT: A player 25 or younger with 25 or fewer NHL games.

EXCEPTION 1: If a player completed the required 50/25 games, but is still not regarded as an NHL regular because he's shuffling between the NHL and the AHL, he could still be a prospect as long as he's 24 or younger and if agreed upon by most people here.

EXCEPTION 2: A player who is no older than 25 years old at the time of the vote and is a borderline NHLer could still count if agreed upon by most people here.

Pedrie is 24 and not that good in the AHL. Jensen is almost 25 and in Europe. Probably not coming back and if he does, will be 13F at best, probably just a minor leaguer who gets occasionally called up for a couple of games when injuries hit. Rambo is 23, but he's not showing signs of ever playing in the NHL. Tarmo couldn't make one Liiga team and a 7D on another now. And Liiga is somewhere in the ballpark of the ECHL, maybe a little higher, but definitely below the AHL. Not exactly looking like a future NHLer. Nell is a 23 year old plying away in the ECHL, not the usual NHL path. I guess Wall is the way to go because he was very good last year. Hopefully he recovers from a weak sophomore year.

So Wall as our #25.
