Another tie-breaker, this time it's a 3-way. Andersson and Foggy got 17 votes each, and Noreau got 19 votes. The polls will close automatically after 24 hours and whoever comes out ahead, even by a single vote, has won the tie-breaker round.

Voted for Samuel Noreau because a big, tough defenseman can have the most impact for a team. In addition to big fists, he's also decently mobile for a guy his size and can see the ice well. Finally, he's been showing very consistent improvement since he was drafted, which is key for a prospect.

Great, it's now tied between Noreau and Andersson. We better not have another tie with a need to move to a two-way tie-breaker after this one.

Fogarty. I don't see Noreau having a future with the Rangers considering McIlrath fits the need of a crease-clearing defensemen. Andersson, haven't heard too much about him. Think Fogarty will develop into a solid bottom 6 player for the Rangers.

Look at Hartford. They have one crease-clearer in McIlrath, but the other 40 minutes, it's a stampede in front of the net. Having two guys who can clear the crease isn't bad at all.

Looking dead even again between Noreau and Andersson. I doubt anyone would object to just having a tie for #13 if it end up tied and moving on to #15.

Looks like Foggy is out, but it's just one vote difference between Calle Andersson and Sam Noreau. Only 3 hours of voting left.
