In YouTube videos it shows that the roof at stadium can be closed.

this could be potential for outdoor game in Las Vegas.

It's called Stadium Series, not Outdoor Game so for sure they will be lining up a game in a year or two.

The roof does not open. There is a "window" behind the Al Davis memorial torch which opens.

Otherwise, it's totally closed.

I think its great idea to arrenge outdoor game or What ever you want to call it..

Eventually this event will happen some day. Its great marketing for Las Vegas and for VGK!
