Well, this is what you get from teams like Denmark/ Sweden/ Iceland. A granite defense, but not much creativity offensively.

Cause of the push

From the angles I saw, it looked more like it was momentum and slight contact causing him to lose his footing - I play forward and have been the guy tumbling in loads of those situations. There didn't seem to be too much in that to me.
