Podolski!? Might wanna play Mustafi and take Hummels on the yellow

edit: Boateng not Hummels, Hummels' yellow will be rescinded after appeal

We could sub in Goleo ( WM 2006 mascot ) and it wouldn't matter now .

Would be nice for Sane to get a couple of minutes but seems unlikely with 3:0 now.

    Yep Schweinsteiger incoming.

Isn't that exactly where Gotze scored the WM winner from?

He always does at the Euros.

Ewww. Why would we do that when either Weigl or Kimmich are much better options?...other than Jogi's incompetence, as that's not a good reason...

Two yards from the goalline, muscling in front of a central defender? No.

Gotze's goal was just outside or around the 6 yard rectangle. Gomez was well in front of the crease. Gotze's goal was excellent because of Gotze's control at that speed, Gomez's goal was 'good' because he was in the right position to make the right first touch finish - which makes sense because Gomez is a striker and knows where to go.

edit: Gomez is one of the best strikers and knows where to go. ;)

Just noticed how uneven the brackets are. One side is stacked and the other not so much.

Because nearly all the "big" teams dropped unexpected points.

Hopefully Italy wins tomorrow not Spain because I can see the Spanish midfield dominating possession and at the same time countering when they need against Germany but Germany should be able to beat Italy.

    Really not even arguing.
I was complementing Gomez and suddenly someone brought Benzema in the discussion. No idea why.

And then the prison stuff. After that we're back to school level with "capitulation" stuff. Coming in a germany thread no less.

Proud nazi humour I guess.

Podolski is allways great with the fans. Kind of wierd that the guy is the 3rd most capped German player ever and will probably end at 2nd most. Don't think he can catch Loddar's 150 games.

It wasn't meant to be a war reference man, take it easy.

Anyway, Benzama is one of the dumbest criminals, it will never not be funny to me.
