Question about the playoffs, do you pay salaries?

Any idea when the draft picks order for non playoffs teams will be announced. This is the only thing that I am looking forward to after missing the playoffs

One thing to note on this subject (for those of you new to playoffs) ... the playoff finance page shows expenses per game for salary but if you watch your bank balance you will see that they are not actually being deducted from the playoff revenue.
