Backstrom may have played a worse game in his career but I don’t remember it. He looked like a meatball out there.

On the plus side, I thought almost everyone else except the second line played well. Kuzy was terrific and I love the Orlov-Dillon pair. Kovy looked really good as well and I think it’s only a matter of time before he starts putting them in.

Plenty to be encouraged about with those last 30 minutes. Thought they were clearly the better team the second half of the game and they were unlucky not to win in regulation.

Last Change matters for coaches who use match ups. It seems TR is not one of those coaches.
