Does anyone know who the top midget players availble for this years midget draft are???.Looks like Bathurst,Halifax,Victoriaville,Baie Com. are the bottom feeders this year. Look for Halifax to trade the first round pick if they have not already. They should be a powerhouse team next year and contend for 2005 Mem.Cup.

As of right now, the top guys are probably Breault and Legault. I don't know much about either except the fact that I would love to see Patenaude keep his pick, get one of the two and keep the kid so Halifax can remain a contender even after guys like Cabana, Steber, Vrana, Sheppard, etc. are gone.

James is 5'11, this I know for sure, he lives up the street from me and was in my math class last semester. And no way is he 195. 185 would probably be pushing it...

Are you on drugs?

The guy is 6'02

I know for a FACT!

I think the Mooseheads should draft the hometown boy James Sheppard. Next year you'll hear Sheppard from Sheppard... Kenzie and James...Sounds pretty good :handclap:

From what ive heard perhaps the team will be moving kenzie at the draft.

I know he is the 5th highest scoring 16 year old with 11 goals and 16 assists, but he will be destined for 4th line next year with all the players coming from CB. Plus we would be able to get a lot for him.

I know I am 6'03. I know James is not just an inch shorter than me.

Well Ryan Hillier his linemate is 6'00 175, and James towers over him.

Graham Bona is listed at 6'02 215, and is the same size as James, just thicker.

Im tellin ya, James is a big kid.

James is not 5'11. Seen this kid play many games this year and he is about 6'02 IMO. He is one of the biggest kids on the ice and also one of the most skilled on the ice. I see him being a top 5 pick in this years Q draft...but I can say he is 6'02 there is no way he is 5'11 NO WAY.

On skates about 6'02 is right, but I'm telling you guys wait for him after a game he is 5'11, 6'00 would be pushing it.

There is really no way of proving it.

Everywhere lists him at 6'02

Game sheets, QMJHL Central Scouting, Subways website.

If you ever get the chance to talk to him you'll realize he's a class act too. He's a great guy in the dressing room and one of the nicest people I ever had the chance to play with. If he doesn’t make the NHL I will be shocked. Barring injury, I’d bet the farm on it.

NHL right now is a bit early to be speculating on.

He does have superstar written all over him with the Q though.

Hes big, uses that size, never gets outbattled on the boards, has a laser shot, good vision, great passing skills, above average skater.

Not sure if anyone can find something bad about his game.
