I honestly am not impressed with Belgium, and I think that Wales have better chances of winning in regulation/overtime. If it comes to penalties, it's anybody's game.

Far better attacking midfield too. I am not nearly as high on Nainggolan or Witsel as some others are though, and their buildup i in the first two thirds is bad.

Although actually I'd call Bale generally a striker for Wales, and Lukaku isn't as good as he is.
