prospects v. draft picks

    What can I say...I'm a newby.
    Can someone explain the difference between prospects and draft picks (if there is one...).

    Draft Picks are picks that give you teh right to draft a player.

    Prospects are players who have already been drafted, or entering their draft year.

    Usually by the time a player reaches 23-25 he is no longer considered a "prospect"
