POJ to me.

Had a good rookie year and showed improvement over the course of the season.

I think he and Legare are the same caliber, but Legare hasn’t played a successful pro season yet. Which is no fault of his own.

Lee is clearly better than Mansicalco from what little I’ve seen.

not nearly enough to draw conclusions from (like I’ve seen barely any) but I think the JM hype train is getting wild b/c he was talked about all year. Idk how he’s talked about in same breath as POJ.

Yeah, think Gruden should be next added. Not sure how many we've got to possibly add after that - Airola, the guy we got from Toronto, Gorman... do we still have Palojarvi's rights?

Should Zohorna be on these polls?

Anyway, going to take a little time to decide, but I think I'll be going POJ over Legare, simply because he's closer and more proven. Not sure who's got the higher ceiling, but I think it's close enough that it doesn't matter much when one guy is two years older and on the verge of his NHL debut.

Pojo.

Add Gruden.

Yeah Gruden should definitely be included, he's in my top-10. I just went with the #1 list and added 3 guys the Penguins drafted, but I should have added Gruden as well.

This one doesn't really matter because I think POJ will win in a landslide (and I think Legare probably wins #3 comfortably too), but I should probably get the list right by about #4.

I went Legare.

In watching POJ - I see a mix of a guy like Pets and a mix of a guy like Riikola and a mix of a guy like Sergachev. It just reminds me of those 3 players mixed into one. His high end would be f***ing incredible, but I think that's a tough reach. I think he is most likely to be very similar to Pets/Riiko mix.

Legare reminds me a bit of Kap. I think that dude is guaranteed at least going to be a top 9 forward. If he can work that defensive game a bit, he has a legit chance to be an NHL regular top 9er for a long time.

I've watched Reilly more than Lee or Maniscalco.

To me, Lee has the highest offensive potential, Maniscalco is the most well rounded, and Reilly will be more of a defensive specialist.

POJ was a 1st round pick and seems like he has tons of talent. Plus he's a puck moving Dman which the organization has literally zero of outside of Letang.

Uh, POJ would be like the 4th best PMD on the Penguins if he played.

I love POJ, but Marino and Matheson are better puck movers than him. POJ is like a better skating Pettersson.

POJ over Maniscalco for now just because of his track record, so I went with POJ. I'm not as high on Legare as some are here, but I still think he's top 5.

Legare. POJ is closer and safer bet to at least be a good bottom pair dman. But Legare has the potential to be a top 6 RW with that lethal shot. Reminds me of a Kessel lite.

6'0 205lbs. Has the build. Has the shot. Cant wait to see what he does in WBS. Its too bad he doesnt turn 20 a few months earlier or we could see it this year. Will be 20 on Jan 11. Feel like another year on his juniors team(as bad as they are) just makes him complacent. So even if he doesnt increase on his totals from last year I wont be worried.

Would you compare POJ to more of a Pettersson while Maniscalco is more of a Dumo type? Assuming they reach their potential. Or does Maniscalco have better offense?

Went for POJ. I think people underestimate his potential ceiling; if he starts to utilize his skating more, he will put up points.

Also while I want to reserve full judgment until I've seen Maniscalco, some of the chat about him makes it sound like we've signed the next Adam Fox and that's probably a recipe for disappointment.
