prospect draft.. help with order

i have 1st overall along with a bunch of later picks in my upcoming money pool prospect draft. draft is 2 rounds long in a 14 team league and the draft list consists of any prospect (has not broke rookie status) currently not taken in our pool. so of course that includes all 2013 draftees but also some developed prospects.

with 1st overall, i might try moving it but if i do make the selection, who do you think would be better for fantasy, mackinnon or drouin .. goals are worth slightly more than assists but we also use overall points, as well as ppp, shots and plus minus ..
