just looking for some takes on whether or not teams should be able to sell players from one team to another, as opposed to the current system that only allows trading player assets for player assets.

does the imposition of a cap make selling players more/less reasonable a way to conduct transactions.

Clearly the ability to sell players would create a more "efficient" market, but would it be for the "good of the game"?

Never mind that ..

The Small market teams should be able to sell their free CAP ROOM space ... $1 for $1 ..

That is Revenue sharing .. A team like Pittsburgh could sell excess room to a another team for that year .. and use the money to make money ..
