We have approximately 3000000 4th liners so this is my best guess:

Draisaitl - Mcdavid - Kassian
Benson - Nuge - Neal
Nygard - Sheahan - Chiasson
Khaira - Haas - Archibald
Granlund

Nurse - Larsson
Klefbom - Persson/Bouchard
Russel - Jones
Benning

Not what I'd personally do, but I assume that's how it'll look opening night.

Still holding out hope that Eriksson gets shot into the sun, but realistically he bumps one of Leivo or Gaudette unless they go 14 forwards and 7 defensemen, but they don't seem to like doing that. Also Roussel is out to start the year so pencil Leivo in there for now.

Leivo ain’t seeing the first line, especially to start the season and Pearson won’t be on the 4th. Baertschi?

I really hope Hoffman - Trocheck - Tippett isn't a line. That's such a terrible dynamic offensively and they'll be a disaster everywhere else.

Here's what I hope:
Huberdeau - Barkov - Dadonov
Vatrano - Trocheck - Connolly
Hawryluk - Borgstrom - Hoffman
Malgin - Acciari - Sceviour
Brouwer

Yandle - Stralman
Matheson - Ekblad
Weegar - Pysyk

Knowing his distrust of finesse players and need for grinding, here's what I'm expecting Q to do:
Huberdeau - Barkov - Hoffman/Dadonov
Hawryluk - Trocheck - Dadonov/Hoffman
Vatrano - Acciari - Sceviour
Brouwer - Borgstrom - Connolly
Malgin

Yandle - Ekblad
Weegar - Stralman
Matheson - Pysyk

CANES

Niederreiter/Aho/Dzingel
Svechnikov/Staal/Teravainen (1)
Martinook/Haula/Necas (2)
Foegele/Wallmark/McGinn

Pesce/Faulk (3)
Slavin/Hamilton
Gardiner/TVR (4)

1—Svechnikov will eventually be on the top line, but RBA has said it concerns him this season. Because RBA's own second season was difficult due to his playing on the top line.

2—Martinook starts with Necas because he did such a good job on and off the ice with Svechnikov last season

3—Of course a Faulk trade changes the D.

4—If TVR is not ready for opening day then I expect both McKeown and Priskie, maybe even Bean who played his off side in juniors, to get some time.

Georgiev?

He could make it. I think Shestyorkin has earned a spot based on what he showed in the second best league in the world last season, but Georgiyev could make it. It becomes harder for the two younger goalies to make the team because Lundqvist gets a spot without having to earn it. He should be the one that is third on the depth chart, but his contract won't allow that to happen.

I say this every year, but this is Bennett's year!

Gaudreau - Monahan - Lindholm
Tkachuk - Backlund - Bennett
Mangiapane - Ryan - Dube
Czarnik - Jankowski - Lucic

Gio - Brodie
Hanifin - Hamonic
Kylington - Andersson
Stone

Bottom 6 forwards and bottom pairing will get hit with a blender. Frolik and Valimaki are wildcards.

Call-ups/Trades (My opinion):
* German Rubtsov will get called up if there is an injury.
* Robert Hagg will be traded before the first 10 games of the season are done.

This is my exact lineup, nice job Kevin. However, I do think Greiss will end up playing more games of the two.
