ok, so here's the pitch:
30 teams, everyone takes two. One of these teams will be built to win right now, the other is built to win in the future. After the draft is done i will put up two polls on the poll board, one for each catagory. Two winner's will be awarded based on the outcomes of these polls, and they will receive my everlasting love and admiration.
The order will run 1-30-1-30 and so on.
There is a 55 million doller cap and free agents will have last year's salary.
Players are not eligable if they have not played in an NHL game in the last year, ie: no Bure, no Allison.
One more twist: twice throughout the draft you will be able to swap the draft picks of your two teams within a single round. This can only be done after the first 5 rounds, and only 2 times overall.
