Pool has done a great job parking the bus and cutting passing lanes in the last 30. And with their speed, they're always dangerous on the counter.
Spurs lacking the creativity to break down that bus.

And just as I write that they have a great chance thanks to Van Dijk daydreaming.

Been that way all game. 65% possession in the first half, yet nothing very dangerous.
Spurs look toothless.

Was watching Barca... to me it looks like Spurs just lacking the final ball. In the second half and Son just misses a 1v1.

Karius growing more and more into his role. Wonder if he can improve well.

It doesn't matter if your first on the ball the way both of them came in to the situations. Both should have a yellow. The only reason he was first this time was because of the way he threw himself into the situation

Davies won that ball my a mile, it wasn't even close really. Much less dangerous than TAA's challenge. Ref made the correct calls.

Think it's more Spurs shooting everything right at him at the moment. He's done well tho.

Edit: I missed the Son 1v1. Kane should have done better on his header tho.

That Son 1 on 1 was terrible defending by VVD. He was lagging 5 meters behind the offside line. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Liverpool has been very good at winning the bal high up the pitch bot horrible with the ball. That ball from Mane to Salah is a example of that

Liverpool have really lacked any kind of spark this half. In the first half Spurs had nothing and Liverpool could have scored a few but now they almost look panicked.

That's the f***ing thing. Pochettino should have ceded more possession to Liverpool and capitalized on mistakes instead.

That was the interesting part of CL games with Coutinho, what would happen when teams would take the ball against Liverpool and allow them to counter attack. That's over now though.

Still you can't go in like that anymore, maybe during the 90s, but not now. Straight leg and studs(is that the word?) up
