Spurs with a pathetic and embarrassing game to fall out of 2nd place.

Spurs have been poor since they went down to Chelsea, had a tantrum, and Leicester clinched the title.

We heard all year how Wenger sucked, how Arsenal sucked, and all year how Pocchetino was a genius and Tottenham a great team.

In the end, Arsenal finished over Tottenham and went as far as Spurs in european competition, only in a much stiffer competition.

I guess Tottenham isn't over their usual problems yet, as many of us expected.

They have really poor depth in midfield. That wasn't a problem until Alli got suspended. They may have finished behind Arsenal in the last couple of matches when the title was already decided, but they certainly made far better use of the talent they had this season than Arsenal did.

Arsenal did suck. Spurs made huge steps forward this season under Pochettino; Arsenal didn't.

Spurs are pretty garbage without Demebele. I think he moves to a team like PSG this season after a good display in the Euros.

Arsenal and their fans should not celebrating finishing ahead of Spurs. They should pissed that in a down year they once again choked in February/March/April. They were 2 points behind Leicester after beating them in mid February. Finished 10 points behind. They could have won the league this year, Wenger's summer transfer window helped negate them.

You can't say with a straight face that Arsenal sucked and Spurs didn't when in the end, one was ranked above the other.
Arsenal also has extremely poor depth. At every position in fact.

Believe me, no Arsenal fans are happy with how the season played out.

But even in the most disappointing season ever for Arsenal, they finished ahead of Spurs best season ever. It's glorious.
