Every year around this time CSB puts out its first ranking (25 skaters and 3 Goalies, league-by-league) of Entry Draft prospects. Here’s how I’d be ranking the OHL players based on- my own viewings, chat from scouts, comments made by reliable posters here and journalists elsewhere. Feel free to comment if someone is missing or you think I’m waaaay off on a player. WHL and QMJHL to come later.

OHL-
1. Rob Schremp- C- London
2. Wojtek Wolski- LW- Brampton
3. Ryan Garlock- C- Guelph
4. Evan McGrath- C- Kitchener
5. Bryan Bickell- LW- Ottawa
6. Jordan Smith- DF- SSM
7. Vaclav Meidl- C- Plymouth
8. Mitch Maunu- DF- Windsor
9. Tyler Haskins- C- Toronto
10. Dave Bolland- C/RW London

Dan LaCosta (OW) goalie should be near the top in the nets...

Adam Berti is way too low.... injuries have limited him to about 30 OHL games in two-year career.. great size and skating.

Ryan Garlock is way too high.... point a game player benefits greatly from playing with martin st. pierre in guelph...

should be a bit higher:

tyler kennedy. - speedy center is tough enough to overcome lack of size
tyler haskins. -great two-way player has keyed st. mike's resurgence since coming over in the kevin klein trade. has steadily improved as the season has worn on. captain of us gold medal u18 team over the summer.

should be a bit lower:

scott lehman. - lacks overall toughness, size to be effective at nhl level... good skating two-way d-man.

boris valabik. - great size and decent skater... valabik has only average skills.
