Well no, it makes the point that if Boqvist is there, he should be the Oilers’ pick. From what we’re hearing there could be a decent chance the Oilers prefer Smith to Boqvist.

Then again, in this top ten, I’m thinking the odds that the Oilers will be picking between Smith and Boqvist at 10 are pretty low.

I think Montreal will try to trade up by all possible means to get Svechnikov. I don't know what they can offer Carolina, but they will try. 3 OA + Drouin? Carolina gets Zadina and a dynamic young winger. That obviously would change the dynamic of top-10. Obviously, this is just crazy talk at this point, but you never know.
