Vanek will most likely fall to 24th or so because HF has a vendetta against Buffalo prospects.

I'd really be surprised if Montoya and/or Lundqvist arent there and Tyutin is the only Ranger prospect. I can see Montoya being left off, but no Lundqvist.

The interesting thing is out of those guys you listed. I'm not sure any of those deserved to be completley left off the top 50 list. Aswell as Carter and a couple others Im probably missing.

As a Ducks fan I'd be surprised to see Smid in the top 25 when Getzlaf didn't make it.

I was just looking over it too and I also thought I didn't think he'd make it.

From you list, I dont see the following players making it: Smid, Seabrooke.

O'sullivan and Babchuk are may be.

If Thelen made it, Smid should certainly make it.

I would've figured that our bias for St Louis Blues prospects would keep us too busy to remember our bias against Buffalo Sabre prospects!

;)

All the time while trying to keep the Hate ON for Leaf prospects I might add ... :D

I think if Kostitsyn is in the top 25 (which he will be), Alexander Radulov should atleast get some respect as a top 50 prospect. They're both similar prospects from similar backgrounds and have insane offensive potential.

But, we'll see where Kostitsyn lands.

It's hard to judge ....
Kostitsyn is a clear Boom or Bust prospect ...
probably one of the highest potential but also one of the worse downside ...
radulov is still IMO 3 years away from the NHL unless he develops faster than I thought ..
Perezhogin(who I like a lot) is IMO NHL ready ... if he's not in the top 25 it will be because of his Swinging stick incident ....
I left some other prospect like Kesler,Woywitka,Montoya,Leclaire,Ouellet,Bryzaglov .. who all deserves to be in the top 50 IMO ..
so it's hard to judge ... I think that commitee selected the players with the biggest chance to have a impact in the NHL ...
if it's the case i wont be surprised to see Kostitsyn left out... anyway ..
we'll see when the list will be release ! :(

Mark Stuart? He just doesn't go from 15th to OFF THE LIST.

Am I the only one who remembers that Koivu has a World Cup silver medal around his neck?
What does that mean? Ovechkin's team won nothing at the World Cup and he should be first place in the rankings.

I can't believe that Niklas Kronwall would go from 35 to off the list after the season he had. He was still eligible according to the organization rankings which was after the season was over.
