Just wait until the day of the game, and then just buy the tickets off of Stubhub. Last year, I got tickets for a pre-season game against the Flames for about $9 per ticket.

Yeah, whatever you do don't buy them from ticketmaster or the Oilers. Contact any beleaguered season ticket holder and you'll get a hug discount of the retail.
